- 1 1/2 cups whole milk (lukewarm)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F and place a popover pan on a baking sheet inside.
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, and salt. Blend in flour until smooth, then add melted butter and blend until frothy.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the hot popover pan from the oven and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into each slot of the pan until almost full.
- Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes without opening the door, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, pierce tops to release steam, and serve warm.
