  • 3 cups Shrimp (deveined)
  • 3 to 4 lobster tails (pre-cooked)
  • 1 cup Crab (pre-cooked)
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Whole Milk
  • Half and Half
  • Butter
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Italian herb seasoning
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium-low heat and melt butter. Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic for one minute.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes until they turn translucent. Stir in lobster and crab.
  3. Season with cayenne pepper, paprika, Italian herb seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In the same pot, melt remaining butter and whisk in flour for one minute. Gradually stir in lukewarm milk and chicken broth until boiling gently.
  5. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and mix with olive oil.
  6. Combine macaroni with the creamy sauce and seafood mixture; adjust consistency with milk as needed. Stir in Tabasco sauce.
  7. Pour into a greased baking tray; top with remaining cheeses and breadcrumbs.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes; uncover for an additional 8–10 minutes until crispy.
