  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, followed by rolling it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
