- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour to firm up.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into small balls (about 1 1/4 inches).
- Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for texture.
- Chill again on a baking sheet until firm to the touch.
