- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding
- 2–1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1–1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and dry pudding mixes using an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and mix until combined. Fold in 11 oz of Cool Whip.
- Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip in a 9×13 inch pan. Layer graham crackers over the bottom, followed by half of the pudding mixture and half of the berries.
- Repeat layering with more graham crackers, pudding mixture, and remaining berries.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
