Ingredients

  • 19 oz graham crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding
  • 21/2 cups cold milk
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 11/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and dry pudding mixes using an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and mix until combined. Fold in 11 oz of Cool Whip.
  2. Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip in a 9×13 inch pan. Layer graham crackers over the bottom, followed by half of the pudding mixture and half of the berries.
  3. Repeat layering with more graham crackers, pudding mixture, and remaining berries.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
