- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1–2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add pumpkin puree, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon; mix well.
- Stir in remaining graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Form tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet; chill again.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave and dip each ball, then set on parchment to harden.
- Drizzle with any remaining chocolate and chill until set.
