  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 ½ cups gingersnap crumbs
  • 12 oz white almond bark (for coating)

Instructions

  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and gingersnap crumbs until fully integrated. Chill the mixture for about 2 hours.

  4. Melt white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Dip each ball into the melted bark until fully coated and return to parchment paper to set.
