  • 4 medium celery ribs (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Season the cubed beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
