  • 30 Oreo cookies (plus 25 more for chunks)
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 24 oz softened cream cheese (3 packages)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreos in a food processor. Mix with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Refrigerate.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in Oreo chunks and pour into the crust.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes until edges are set. Let cool completely.
