- 2 lb red potatoes
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 T olive oil
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 c grated parmesan
- 1/3 c breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl; spread them on one-third of a lined sheet pan.
