  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 5 ounces shredded provolone cheese
  • 8 sandwich buns

Instructions

  5. Add water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
