  • 4 large Portabella mushroom caps
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Clean the mushroom caps by removing stems and scraping out gills.
  3. Place one veggie burger in each mushroom cap and arrange them in the baking dish.
