  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for frosting)
  • 7 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare three 8-inch cake pans by greasing them.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
