- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a greased 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the streusel by combining softened vegan butter, flour, sugars, and cinnamon until crumbly. Chill in the fridge.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin purée, oil, brown sugar, and maple syrup until well blended.
- Sift in flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle chilled streusel on top. Press down lightly.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
