- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup butter (melted)

- 1 cup evaporated milk
- ¼ cup brown sugar (packed)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
