Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, egg, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin pie spice, salt, baking powder, and flour to the wet mixture; stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and additional pumpkin pie spice for the topping; sprinkle over the batter.
  6. Bake for 25–27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
