  • 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll the chilled mixture into one-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet to chill again.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each ball in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the balls in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, hot sauce, and smoked paprika for the dipping sauce.
