Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise and slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each steak and sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet covered with foil and roast for 5 minutes. Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 10 minutes.
- Flip each steak and roast until golden brown, about another 6 to 8 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
