- 3 mixed peppers, sliced
- 500g sweet potatoes, chopped
- 6 salad tomatoes, wedged

- 100ml single cream
- 800ml vegetable stock
- Fresh rosemary, dried sage, Italian herbs
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Instructions
