  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • Garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onion until cooked through; season with garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer drained sauerkraut in the baking dish; sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  4. Add cooked egg noodles over the sauerkraut followed by the beef mixture.
  5. Whisk together tomato soup and water; pour evenly over casserole layers.
  6. Top with shredded Swiss cheese and bake for 30–45 minutes until bubbly.
