  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (at cool room temperature)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (at cool room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 23 milk chocolate candy bars (broken into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy; add eggs one at a time and then vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined; fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Bake for 6-7 minutes; remove and add marshmallows and chocolate pieces before returning to bake an additional 3-4 minutes.
  7. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
