- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let it sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic salt, olive oil, and sourdough discard to the mixture; mix in flour with a dough hook until smooth (approximately 4 minutes).
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm spot for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with herb mixture and cheeses.
- Let it rise again for another 15 minutes while preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
