  • 200 grams sourdough discard (1 cup stirred and unfed starter)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter until lukewarm.
  3. Add the sourdough discard and salt; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin layer.
