- 2 large Portobello mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Garlic powder, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
