  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped) or 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each shell with about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
