- 1/3 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)

Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together 1/3 cup avocado oil (or olive oil), 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, avocado, blue cheese (or alternate), sliced almonds, and red onion.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
