Ingredients

- 2 cups boiling water

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for cream cheese layer)
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and let cool.
- Crush pretzels and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Mix sliced strawberries into the cooled Jell-O and pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set (2-4 hours).
