Ingredients
- 1 and 2/3 cup heavy cream-chilled
- about 1/3 cup powdered sugar (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup unsalted butter-softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese-softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup+ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter-melted
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
- Red gel food coloring
- 2 (3 oz.pckg) berry blue Jello (or other flavor to your taste)
- 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 cups blueberry pie filling
- 1 cup of canned crushed pineapple-drained from juice
- 2/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 2 ½ cups whipped cream (for topping)
- Fresh strawberries halved
- Fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the base layer by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread strawberry jam over the crust.
- In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the creamy mixture over the crust, followed by diced strawberries and blueberry pie filling.
- Dissolve berry blue Jello in boiling water, let cool slightly, and pour over the fruit layer. Refrigerate until set.
- Once set, spread the remaining creamy mixture over the Jello layer and top with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
