Ingredients
- 113 g unsalted butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 90 g all-purpose flour
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 240 ml heavy cream
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 or 9-inch square baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together the chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined, then add eggs one at a time, whisking until fully incorporated.
- Sift in the flour and salt, gently folding until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
