Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Stir-Fry Vegetables
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza Potstickers
  • 1 cup Trader Joe’s Gyoza Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add frozen stir-fry vegetables; season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until nearly tender.
  3. Push vegetables aside, arranging potstickers pleat-side up in the skillet. Fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Splash water into the skillet, cover with a lid, and steam for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in gyoza dipping sauce, tossing everything together until well coated. Serve immediately.
