Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C). Grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy. Add one egg, one yolk, and vanilla extract; mix well. Gradually combine flour and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the cookie base evenly in the prepared pan. Layer with Oreo cookies.
- In another bowl, melt butter with dark chocolate until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar and eggs one at a time. Fold in sifted flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
