  • 1 lb Rotini Tri Color Pasta
  • 5 Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Red Onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes (halved)
  • 6 oz Canned Black Olives (drained and sliced)
  • 2 cups Homemade Italian Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. In a mason jar, mix oil, vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper for the dressing; shake well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with veggies and olives; pour dressing over and toss gently.
