- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- Cream cheese for frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar. Let sit until frothy (about 10 minutes).
- Add remaining sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture; gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
