  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Olive oil and butter for cooking

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and remaining olive oil; sauté mushrooms and onions until browned.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic; cook for one minute.
  5. Add chicken broth; scrape up browned bits from the skillet. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
