  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2–3 teaspoons freeze-dried raspberry powder or pink food coloring
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup dark or white chocolate chips, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
  • Freeze-dried raspberries (optional)
  • Chocolate squares (optional)
  • Heart sprinkles (optional)
  • Melted white chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy; add egg and vanilla.
  2. Gradually mix in dry ingredients for both chocolate and pink doughs.
  3. Chill doughs for 30 minutes, then scoop into balls, pressing wells in the center.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes; cool completely.
  5. Prepare ganache by pouring hot cream over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
  6. Fill cookie centers with ganache and decorate as desired.
