Hey! I’m Cara, and if you’re here, you’re probably looking for recipes that actually work without needing a culinary degree or seventeen specialty ingredients.
Good news. That’s what I do.
I cook the way real people cook. Weeknight dinners when you’re tired. Weekend projects when you have more time. I test everything multiple times in my very normal kitchen (gas stove, zero fancy equipment, a fridge that’s always slightly too full).
